SHIPPED ORDERS
Generally, delivery to the GTA is 2-3 business days, HOWEVER, due to "high seasonal volumes" at Canada Post several days may be added to this. We recommend placing orders as soon as possible. We suggest placing shipped orders by WED. DEC. 15th (within Ontario)
*ORDERS PLACED BEFORE 2:00pm WILL GO OUT IN THAT DAYS MAIL!*
Starting Dec. 17 (until Dec. 22), all shipped orders in Burlington (to residences with accessible mailboxes) will be delivered by private courier.

PICK UP orders are processed as soon as they come in. You will be sent an e-mail to choose your pick up timeslot, usually within an hour (for orders placed during business hours M-F 9am-5pm) We will have extended weekend business hours during the Christmas Season
